James Gray Fatally Struck in Phoenix
Phoenix, AZ (December 23, 2021) – On Wednesday, 47-year-old James Gray sustained fatal injuries in a pedestrian accident on 7th Street.
The fatal accident happened at around 8:30 a.m. north of Dunlap Avenue.
Officers said Gray was struck by a white northbound Chevrolet while crossing the street in an electric mobility scooter.
As a result, he sustained serious injuries.
Rescuers took him to a local hospital where he later succumbed to injuries.
Meanwhile, the Impala driver remained on the scene and was evaluated by detectives. Officers said he did not show any signs of impairment.
The authorities are still investigating this crash.
