Fatal E-Bike Accident Near Gate 6 Road
Marin County, CA (September 20, 2022) – On September 6, James Gordon, 63, of Sausalito, died in an e-bike accident on Mill Valley-Sausalito Pathway.
The incident happened at about 8:40 p.m. on August 31 near Gate 6 Road.
According to the officers, James Gordon was walking on the path an e-bike “traveling under power” struck him.
James Gordon fell, hit his head o the ground, and lost consciousness.
Immediately, the paramedics provided first aid at the scene and rushed him to a hospital.
However, he did not regain consciousness despite days of treatment. Officers say he died on September 6.
In the meantime, the authorities did not provide any details about the person involved cyclist and if the person stayed at the scene. The authorities say they are still investigating the e-bike accident near Gate 6 Road.
