US Border Patrol Agent Injured in Temecula Accident on Interstate 15 and Rainbow Valley Boulevard
TEMECULA, CA (December 14, 2021) – Monday, authorities arrested Jaime Garcia and Karen Devora in a DUI crash on Interstate 15.
Moreover, the accident happened at around 2:20 a.m., CHP Officer Mike Lassig Revealed.

Then, he hit the agent in the No. 2 lane and “propelled up and over the Mini Cooper (and) landed on I-15 traffic lanes.”

“(Garcia) continued to drive his vehicle northbound on I-15,” the CHP spokesman revealed. “USBP agents caught up to the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop approximately one mile from the collision scene.”

Meanwhile, the authorities also arrested Garcia’s passenger. 28-year-old Karen Vianey Devora of San Bernardino was detained on suspicion of obstructing law enforcement officers and booked into the Byrd Detention Center. Ultimately, authorities set her bail to $5,000.
Authorities arrested Garcia and booked him into the Byrd Detention Center in Murrieta. Moreover, he was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, hit-and-run resulting in great bodily injury, and DUI resulting in injuries. His bail was set to $75,000.
Meanwhile, responders took the Border Patrolman to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar with major life-threatening injuries.
