Jadyn Fife Killed in Highway 99 Tragic Collision [Yuba City, CA]

Dominic McKibbon Injured in Fatal Crash on Bogue Road

Yuba City, CA (November 26, 2023) On Sunday, November 19, 23-year-old Jadyn Fife died after getting hurt in a tragic collision on Highway 99.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal crash happened on November 15, around 8:40 p.m. on Highway 99 and Bogue Road.

Reports say that a northbound semi-truck, driven by Gurninder Singh Rai, did not stop at a red light and crashed into a southbound Toyota , driven by Dominic McKibbon.

The crash caused both vehicles to overturn and blocked all northbound and southbound lanes. Officials say that Fife was a passenger on the Toyota, and was critically injured.

Medics airlifted Fife to Sutter Roseville Medical Center by Reach Air Ambulance.

Meanwhile, McKibbon suffered moderate injuries and was transported to Adventist Health + Rideout Hospital. Authorities say that he was moved to the Intensive Care Unit and was transferred to UC Davis Trauma Center for further treatment.

CHP confirmed Fife died on November 19 at 11:51 a.m. at Sutter Roseville Medical Center.

Authorities are investigating the fatal crash and have not released further details about the tragedy.
