28-Year-Old Jacob Arredondo Arrested in Fatal DUI Crash on Bonnie View Road [Dallas, TX]

Dallas, TX (June 23, 2024) On Saturday, police arrested 28-year-old Jacob Arredondo after a deadly DUI crash on Bonnie View Road.

According to Dallas police, the fatal traffic collision happened on Simpson Stuart Road and Bonnie View Road, in Southeast Oak Cliff.

Reports say that Arredondo was fleeing a previous accident and ran a red light at the intersection, causing a collision with another driver.

Medics rushed the injured driver to the hospital, where the driver ultimately succumbed ot their injuries and was declared dead.

Police arrested Arredondo and charged is for intoxication manslaughter.

Authorities are investigating the fatal crash.
