J Reyes Lozano Arrested in Hit-and-Run Crash Near North Santa Fe Avenue [Vista, CA]

Vista, CA (September 3, 2022) – On Friday, the authorities arrested 63-year-old J Reyes Lozano in a hit-and-run crash near North Santa Fe Avenue.

It was past 1 p.m. when the accident happened on Civic Center Drive.

Officers say J Reyes Lozano was driving an Infinity sedan that jumped a curb in a parking lot near a Wells Fargo bank. The vehicle went down on a ditch and struck a bus stop. 

A 66-year-old man sustained minor injuries in the accident and was transported to a hospital.

Responding officers couldn’t find Lozano when they arrived. 

Luckily, they located him a short while later and booked him into the Vista Detention Facility on a felony hit-and-run charge.
