3 People Dead in Lompoc Traffic Accident on Highway 1 near Constellation Road

LOMPOC, CA (June 7, 2023) – Tuesday morning, Isidro Galvez and Erid Ortega sustained injuries in a fatal crash on Highway 1.

The incident happened at around 6:00 a.m. on southbound Highway 1 near Constellation Road.

According to reports, a southbound 2008 Kia veered into the northbound lanes for still unknown reasons and collided with a 2017 Chevy.

Moreover, officers confirmed that three occupants of the KIA died in the crash. Then, paramedics transported two occupants of the Chevy to a hospital with minor injuries.

Furthermore, authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol played a role in the crash.

At this time, the circumstances involved in the crash remained unclear. When additional information became available, the public will be notified.
