Isaias Piceno Killed in Merced Motorcycle Accident on Santa Fe Drive

 
MERCED, CA (September 23, 2019) — A motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries after colliding with a vehicle in Merced Friday.
 
The California Highway Patrol identified the rider as 20-year-old Isaias Piceno of Winton.
 
An investigation showed that a 61-year-old woman made a stop at Avenue 2 then she turned out in front of Piceno on Santa Fe Drive.
 
The force of the crash ejected Piceno from his bike. He died at the scene.
 
The woman driving the vehicle remained at the scene after the collision. The accident is under investigation. The officers said drugs or alcohol were not factors.
