Isaac Perez Dies in West Market Street Traffic Collision [Salinas, CA]

Salinas, CA (October 20, 2023) On Wednesday evening, 19-year-old Isaac Perez of Salinas died after a tragic traffic accident on West Market Street.

According to the Salinas Police Department, the tragic SUV-motorcycle collision happened around 7:54 p.m. near Clark Street.

Reports say that a westbound brown SUV struck Perez who was eastbound on West Market Street, riding his motorcycle. The fatal collision happened near the Salinas City BBQ restaurant.

Authorities say that Perez died at the scene. Sara Perez, Isaac’s mother created a GoFundMe to help with the funeral expenses.

Officials are investigating the probable cause of the fatal collision and have not released additional information at this time.
