Isaac Diaz-Flores Arrested in Deadly Crash on Geyserville Avenue and Zanzi Lane [Santa Rosa, CA]

1 Dead in Santa Rosa DUI Accident on Geyserville Avenue and Zanzi Lane

 
SANTA ROSA, CA (November 7, 2022) – Saturday night, authorities arrested Isaac Diaz-Flores after a deadly crash on Geyserville Avenue and Zanzi Lane.
 
The incident occurred at around 3:47 p.m. on Geyserville Avenue south of Zanzi Lane.
 
According to reports, a vehicle struck a tree and ejected an occupant. Then, two other occupants fled the crash scene on foot.
 
Authorities suspect that 32-year-old Isaac Diaz-Flores who drove the vehicle fled the scene, along with another passenger.
 
Thus, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and the Cloverdale Police Department searched for Diaz-Flores and the passenger.
 
Meanwhile, the ejected passenger sustained major injuries and died at the scene.
 
Moreover, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.
 
After being checked for injuries, officers booked Isaac Diaz-Flores into the Sonoma County jail. He’s currently on suspicion of committing multiple offenses, including murder, gross vehicular manslaughter, felony DUI and delaying/resisting arrest.
 
Also, authorities didn’t arrest and identified the other passenger.
