Interstate 805 Traffic Accident Kills 31-Year-old Man [San Diego, CA]

San Diego, CA (October 6, 2022) On Thursday morning, a traffic accident on Interstate 805 claimed the life of a 31-year-old man.

CHP say that the fatal pedestrian-vehicle crash happened at around 3:10 p.m. north of Adams Avenue.

Reports say that the man was changing a tire on Interstate 805 in Normal Heights when a vehicle struck him.

Additionally, the motorist was standing on the slow lane while changing his tire. Consequently, a Toyota sedan fatally struck the man.

Authorities pronounced the man dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, authorities say that the 22-year-old driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with officers. Moreover, officials say that the driver did not show signs of impairment.
