Casa Grande, AZ (August 13, 2022) On Friday morning, 2 drivers sustained serious injuries after a wrong-way crash on Interstate 10.

Gila River police say that the head-on collision happened around 1:15 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-10 near mile marker 185, which is located south of Sacaton.

Reports say that a wrong-way vehicle collided head-on with another vehicle in the eastbound lanes.

Paramedics transported both drivers to the hospital, both motorists sustained serious injuries and were both sole occupants of their respective vehicles.
