At Least One Hurt in Sonora Car Accident on Mono Way near Tuolumne Road

 
SONORA, CA (October 11, 2019) — At least one person suffered major injuries in a car accident on Mono Way in Sonora on Wednesday, October 9.
 
According to CHP reports, two vehicles crashed on Mono Way in front of the Peppery Restaurant and south of the Tuolumne Road intersection. There were major injuries reported in the incident.
 
 
Emergency crews responded to the scene. They redirected the traffic and advised motorists to avoid the area.
 
The CHP reported that they have cleared the wreckage and debris. One-lane was blocked but the roadway has completely reopened since.
