EPPD Investigates Traffic Crash on US-54 South

El Paso, TX (September 8, 2023) On Wednesday, an authorities are investigating an injury collision on Highway 54 that sent a person to the hospital.

According to El Paso Fire Department, the traffic crash happened on US-54 South at Transmountain.

Reports say that the crash caused traffic back up, up until Sun Valley and cleared around two hours after.

According to TxDOT, one person suffered minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
