Injuries Sustained in Franklin County Collision
FRANKLIN COUNTY, WA (January 6, 2020) – An unknown number of people sustained injuries in a collision on Highway 17 on January 2.
The deputies and medics came to Highway 17 after reports of a serious accident involving a semi-truck with a load of crushed cars.
According to the preliminary investigation, a semi-truck hauled a load of crushed cars on Highway 17 when the load toppled over and scattered the vehicles on the road, blocking both lanes.
The crash caused injuries. The officers also stated that the clearing operation would take some time.
