Injury Collision on Highway 154 near West Camino Cielo [Santa Barbara, CA]

SANTA BARBARA, CA (July 29, 2019) – A person sustained injuries in a single-car collision on Highway 154 on July 25.
 
The collision happened shortly after 9:00 a.m. on Highway 154 near West Camino Cielo, Mike Eliason, a Fire Department spokesman said. In addition, a Cal Fire hand crew who just passed by noticed the collision.
 
Upon the responder’s arrival, they located a black sedan lodged on a guardrail in the center divider, Eliason added.
 
The responders transported the unknown driver via AMR ambulance to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
 
His condition remains unknown as of this time. In addition, the collision stalled the traffic.
 
CHP is currently investigating the collision.
