Injuries Caused by Victorville Car Accident
VICTORVILLE, CA (May 24, 2019) – An unknown number of people sustained injuries in a semi truck accident on Highway 395.
The incident happened on May 22 just before 8:00 pm on Highway 395 north of Bear Valley Road.
According to the semi driver, he drove south on Highway 395 just before the crash. The truck was loaded with cases of water and he’s headed to San Diego.
“There was a car coming from the opposite direction that was swerving into my lane, I tried avoiding it, but we couldn’t,” the semi driver revealed. “It would have been much worse If I didn’t move.”
The semi drove across opposite lanes of traffic and came to rest facing eastbound. Meanwhile, the sedan driver faced the wrong way in the southbound lane.
Northbound Highway 395 remained closed during the investigation.
