Multiple Injuries Reported After 10-Vehicle Collision in West Covina

 
WEST COVINA, CA (September 24, 2019) — Authorities reported multiple injuries sustained in a multi-vehicle accident on 10 Freeway Monday morning.
 
The collision occurred heading downhill before the Holt Avenue exit at about 5:30 a.m. In addition, involved were a semi-truck and at least nine other vehicles.
 
Drivers also experienced delays in traffic on the westbound 10 Freeway as a result of the accident. All lanes were initially shut down. However, they started reopening at 6:45 a.m.
 
The cause and events leading to the crash remain under investigation.
