SAN JOSE, CA (November 5, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on 680 Freeway northbound on early Tuesday evening.
 
According to the police, the crash happened just south of Jackson Avenue at approximately 6:22 PM.
 
Based on a report from the California Highway Patrol, three vehicles involved in the pile-up accident. In addition, police stated that they found a gray Mitsubishi Lancer, blue BMW sedan, and a third vehicle blocking the middle lanes.
 
The paramedics confirmed that the involved parties sustained injuries. Fortunately, all conditions were said to be minor.
 
Only the first lane closed while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
 
The collision remains under investigation. However, anyone with information is asked to call police traffic investigators.
