Three Vehicles Involved in Collision near Highway 126
VALENCIA, CA (January 10, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on northbound 5 Freeway, Thursday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:59 AM, just south of Highway 126. Based on their report, there were three vehicles involved in the incident. The parties were identified as a Ford F-250, a silver sedan and a third car.
The paramedics were called for needed medical attention. They confirmed that there were injuries sustained in the pile-up. Fortunately, all conditions were said to be minor.
A SigAlert was issued closing No. 2 and 3 lanes for approximately two hours while clearing and recovery operations took place in the area. The cause of the collision is currently under investigation, and additional information will be disclosed to the public, once it becomes available.
