Four Vehicles Involved in Collision near the CHP Cajon Platform Scales

PHELAN, CA (November 26, 2018) – Injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on 15 Freeway, early Tuesday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:55 AM, near the CHP Cajon Platform Scales. Authorities recovered at least four vehicles, one of which was overturned in the highway lanes. A semi-truck was also involved in the incident.

Paramedics were requested to the scene for needed medical attention. Based on initial reports, multiple people were injured in the collision. Then victims’ conditions were considered minor, and their identities have not been disclosed.

A silver Honda sustained major front-end damage, prompting a clearing operation in the area. The cause of the pile-up is not yet known and additional information will be released once it becomes available. The accident remains under investigation at this time.
