Three Vehicles Involved in Crash on 10 Freeway

 
POMONA, CA (June 17, 2019) – People sustained injuries in a multi-car crash on eastbound 10 Freeway, Monday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place near Highway 57 at approximately 10:53 AM. Based on an initial report, three vehicles were involved in the incident. A box truck hit an unknown object and a Jeep was overturned while trying to avoid the truck. A third vehicle was also part of the accident.
 
The paramedics arrived for needed medical attention. They recorded minor injuries sustained by the involved motorists.
 
Fire officials closed No. 3 and 4 lanes while rescue and clearing operations took place in the area.
 
An investigation is still on-going to determine the cause of the commotion.
