Three Injured in Concord Car Crash

 
CONCORD, CA (February 4, 2019) – Monday morning, a total of three vehicles were involved in a car collision on Highway 242.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at 9:43 AM northbound Highway 242 between the Concord Avenue and Grant Street exit. Limited details have been released at this time.
 
First responders transported all of three drivers to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation. The identity and status on victims medical conditions has not been released.
 
Due to the collision, CHP issued a sigalert because the crash blocked the left lane causing traffic to be backed up for a period of time.
 
There has been no further additional information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the case as investigations are ongoing.
