CHULA VISTA, WA (November 9, 2018) – Injuries were sustained in a DUI crash on 5 Freeway on the northbound lanes, late Friday night.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 9:58 PM, just north of Palomar Street. Based on their report, a total of four vehicles were recovered at the scene. It showed that a white car was seen driving recklessly before colliding with three unknown cars. It was known that the suspect was driving under the influence at the time of the incident.
 
One person was found unconscious by the paramedics. They recorded minor injuries sustained by the victim, but their condition was not yet known.
