RIVERSIDE, CA (April 4, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a car crash on westbound Highway 60, Thursday morning.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:55 AM, just west of Pedley Road. Based on an initial report, there were two vehicles involved in the incident. The parties were described as a black Ford F-150 with trailer and a black compact car.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They confirmed that the involved motorists got hurt in the commotion. Fortunately, all conditions were said to be minor.
 
The No. 1, 2, and HOV lanes were closed while clearing and cleaning operations took place in the area. An investigation is ongoing to identify the manner and the cause of the accident. No further details have been made available.
