Two Vehicles Involved in Collision near Highway 65
ROSEVILLE, CA (February 4, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a car crash on eastbound 80 Freeway, Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 5:23 AM, near northbound Highway 65. Based on their report, there were two vehicles involved in the incident. The parties were identified as a white Toyota Sienna and a white sedan. One vehicle spun out of lanes and caused the accident.
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They confirmed that there were injuries due to impact. Fortunately, the victims’ conditions were said to be non-life-threatening.
The authorities closed the No. 2 lane for about 10 minutes while rescue and clearing took place in the area. An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the accident. Additional information will be released once it becomes available, as the accident is still under investigation.
