SAN JOSE, CA (October 4, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a multi-car crash on 680 Freeway southbound on Friday afternoon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened just north of Mckee Road at approximately 1:42 PM.
 
Based on a report, three vehicles became involved in the incident. In addition, the parties were identified as an Astro van, a Ford E-350, and a Toyota Corolla.
 
The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They reported that motorists suffered minor injuries in the crash.
 
The No. 3 and 4 lanes closed due to the commotion.
 
An investigation is still on-going to determine the cause of the pile-up.
