Injuries Sustained in Car Collision on 37 Freeway [Sonoma, CA]

Multiple Vehicles Involved on Sonoma County Accident

 
SONOMA COUNTY, CA (September 8, 2019) – Four vehicles were involved in a car collision Sunday evening on the 37 Freeway.
 
First responders arrived shortly after. Per reports, a medical helicopter was necessary due to injuries sustained in the accident. However, there has been no update on the medical status of the victims.
 
As a result, there were major delays. Due to the crash, lanes on the freeway were blocked causing traffic to be backed up. They have since been reopened. Cleaning crews were also dispatched to clean up debris left on the road.
 
There has been no further information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident at this time as investigations continue.
