Four Vehicles Involved in Car Accident on Highway 99
SACRAMENTO, CA (August 26, 2019) – Injuries sustained in a car accident on Highway 99 southbound on Monday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened just south of Elkhorn Boulevard at approximately 1:17 PM. Based on a report, four vehicles were involved in the pile-up collision. The parties were identified as a gray Dodge Ram 2500, a white Nissan Altima, a black sedan, and a white car.
Sacramento firefighters arrived at the scene for rescue. After that, paramedics confirmed that injuries sustained in the incident.
All lanes closed as police located one vehicle sideways in the first two lanes.
