Injuries Sustained in 5-Car Collision on Pittsburg-Antioch Highway [Pittsburg, CA]

Multi-Vehicle Accident Leaves 6 Injured in Pitttsburg

 
PITTSBURG, CA ( January 2, 2019) – Early Wednesday afternoon, multiple vehicles were involved in a five car collision on Pittsburg. The identity of those involved has yet to be released.
 
First responders reported the crash occurred around 2:00 PM on the Pittsburg-Antioch Highway at Loveridge Road.
 
A total of five cars were involved in the collision. Paramedics stated that six people sustained a variety of injuries, three of them were transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation. There is no update on their current medical status.
 
There has been no further information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the case as investigations continue.
