Injuries Sustained in Mission Hills Car Accident

 
MISSION HILLS, CA (May 13, 2019) – An unknown number of people suffered injuries in a multi-vehicle crash on 5 Freeway on May 10.
 
The collision between five big rigs and two vehicles occurred around 5:15 a.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway at Van Nuys Boulevard. The collision closed four middle lanes of the freeway.
 
According to reports, a small tanker truck stopped next to one of the big rigs, located in middle lanes with a vehicle wedged beneath it. Meanwhile, a big rig jackknifed in lanes half a mile up the freeway. Moreover, authorities found two more semis on the shoulder of the freeway.
 
The collision left an unknown number of people with injuries.
