Injuries Reported in MC-85 Fatal Accident [Goodyear, AZ]

Goodyear, AZ (March 25, 2022) On Thursday, a fatal accident on MC-85 claimed the life of a man and injured another.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) says that the fatal collision happened at around 2:30 a.m. MC-85 and Cotton Lane.

Authorities found a man dead at the scene and another man with injuries.

Rescuers took the injured patient to the hospital.

The MCSO closed Cotton Lane to Perryville Road during the investigation and reopened it at about 8 a.m.

Officials are still investigating the crash and have not yet identified if speed or impairment may have caused the crash.
