Injuries Sustained in Hayward Car Accident

HAYWARD, CA (February 28, 2019) – Injuries were sustained in a car crash on eastbound Highway 92 that closed several lanes on February 27.

After 12:05 p.m., authorities responded to the reports of a crash at the Clawiter Road on-ramp. In addition, a small maroon SUV and a California Department of Transportation truck on the right-hand side.

CHP issued a traffic alert at 12:38 p.m. for the eastbound lanes, just west of Clawiter Road. In addition, the No. 3 lane and off-ramp shut down. By 3:37 p.m., the alert was lifted.

Information regarding the injuries are yet to be released.
