Injuries Sustained in Spokane Car Accident

 
SPOKANE, WA (February 13, 2020) – An unknown number of people sustained injuries in a car accident on Monroe Street.
 
The two-car crash knocked down a power pole and injured the arm of one person. Responders transported the injured person to the hospital.
 
The incident happened on Monroe Street and Rowan Avenue on February 11.
 
The crash blocked southbound lanes and one northbound lane remained open.
 
Avista responded to the scene to de-energize the downed pole while they conducted repairs.
