Statistics show that a significant number of traffic accidents are caused by faulty lights. In fact, according to a recent study, approximately 20% of accidents at night can be attributed to non-functioning or dim headlights. Therefore, regularly inspecting and maintaining your vehicle’s headlights and turn signals is crucial for accident prevention.
You should always stay focused while on the road. Remove all distractions that could cause accidents, such as mobile phone use and unrestrained toddlers.
Other strategies for staying focused while driving include avoiding multitasking, such as eating or applying makeup and keeping a safe following distance from the vehicle in front of you. It’s also important to stay alert and well-rested, as fatigue can impair your ability to concentrate on the road.
