SMITH COUNTY, TX (December 12, 2023) – Monday afternoon, authorities reported injuries after a startling vehicle crash on Highway 149 and US 69.

The incident happened at around 5:00 p.m. on Highway 149 and US 69 South, between Tyler and Bullard.

According to reports, the incident was a major crash.

Moreover, authorities confirmed that injuries were sustained and that Texas DPS, SCESD2 Battalion 1, and other agencies responded to the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.

Due to limited information, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
