GRAND PRAIRIE, TX (November 28, 2023) – Monday afternoon, a startling fiery crash on Interstate 20 and Texas 161 led to minor injuries.
The incident happened just before 2:00 p.m. on Interstate 20 eastbound at Texas 161/George Bush Turnpike.
According to reports, a passenger car caught fire and the rear end of the car crashed into a semi truck. Meanwhile, officers confirmed that the crash involved another vehicle.
Also, at least three Grand Prairie fire trucks and one ambulance responded to the scene.
Meanwhile, the authorities advised drivers to expect delays in the area. Then, the interstate reopened about 4 p.m.
