AUSTIN, TX (June 24, 2024) – Sunday night, authorities reported multiple injuries after a crippling traffic crash on FM 1327 and US 183.

The incident happened at around 9:00 p.m. near the intersection of FM 1327 and US 183.

According to reports, at least eight people sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Paramedics transported a patient to Ascension Seton Hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries while STAR Flight airlifted a patient to Dell Seton with critical life-threatening injuries. Also, responders transported a child to Dell Children’s Hospital as a pediatric trauma alert.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
