Hesperia Auto Accident on Highway 138 and Summit Valley Road

HESPERIA, CA (January 21, 2024) – Saturday afternoon, a crippling head-on crash on Highway 138 and Summit Valley Road led to injuries.

The incident occurred at around 12:58 p.m. on Highway 138 between Summit Valley Road and Interstate 15.

California Highway Patrol and firefighters from the San Bernardino County Fire Department and San Bernardino National Forest firefighters all came to the traffic accident.

Meanwhile, officers revealed that the crash involved a burgundy color Nissan Titian pickup truck with major front end damage and a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser SUV that had major front end damage.

After the crash, ground ambulances took both parties to a local hospital with minor injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
