BUCKEYE, AZ (September 4, 2024) – On Monday, an alarming vehicle crash on Miller Road near Maricopa Road led to injuries.

The incident happened at the Cholla Ranch Apartments on Miller Road.

According to reports, a car crashed into a cinder block wall and a building at Cholla Ranch Apartments.

Officers confirmed that a passenger of the vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash, while several children from the apartment suffered cuts from broken glass.

Authorities said that the incident happened after the occupants of the vehicle got into a verbal argument.

Reports said that the driver of the vehicle, a 37-year-old man, fled the scene of the crash, but was later arrested for aggravated assault, endangerment, kidnapping, leaving the scene of a crash, criminal damage, DUI, and other charges.
