The collision on Highway 99 near Cecil Avenue happened at 5:55 a.m. According to reports, the green Ford Focus driver made unsafely changed lane and struck a white Chevy pickup truck.
 
As a result, the pickup lost control and struck a sign and a pole. Responders transported the driver to the hospital for a possible broken pelvis.
