LA QUINTA, CA (December 26, 2022) – Sunday night, a DUI multi-vehicle crash on Jefferson Street and Fred Waring Drive.
 
The incident happened at about 5:20 p.m. on Jefferson Street and Fred Waring Drive.
 
Meanwhile, responders said that a driver failed to yield at a red signal. Then, officers found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol. Thus, the authorities arrested the driver for DUI and causing a collision with injuries.
 
Also, the incident temporarily closed Jefferson Street and Fred Waring Drive.
 
Moreover, the passengers of the other vehicles sustained minor injuries. Then, responders took them to a local hospital for further evaluation and treatment.
