VICTORVILLE, CA (May 30, 2024) – Tuesday night, Igor Matyashuk died in a devastating motorcycle crash on Rodeo Drive and Hughes Road.

The incident between a motorcycle and a vehicle occurred at 7:17 p.m. at the intersection of Rodeo Drive and Hughes Road.

When the authorities arrived at the scene, they found a blue-and-white Yamaha sports bike and a black Mercedes-Benz blocking the roadway.

Meanwhile, Matyashuk had crashed into the driver-side door of the vehicle and was ejected from his bike. Unfortunately, he was declared dead at the scene.

Moreover, the male driver of the Mercedes and a passenger refused medical transportation at the scene and later went to a local hospital by private vehicle.

According to reports, the Yamaha was heading north on Rodeo Drive, while the Mercedes was heading west on Hughes Road when the crash occurred.

As a result, the intersection was shut down for several hours due to investigation.
