Lancaster, CA (August 14, 2023) On Sunday afternoon, 2 people died, including Hugo Amparo Ramirez, and 4 were hospitalized after a head-on crash on Avenue E.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the fatal 2-vehicle collision happened around 12:43 p.m. near 50th Street East.
