AUSTIN, TX (December 10, 2023) – Saturday morning, a horrific two-vehicle crash on N Interstate 35 near Rutherford Lane killed one person.

The incident happened at around 5:50 AM at north Interstate 35 near Rutherford Lane.

According to reports, the incident involved a pickup truck and an 18-wheeler truck.

Moreover, the Austin Fire Department rushed to the scene and extricated one person who was trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics pronounced the victim, dead at the scene.

Furthermore, the crash closed all lanes of Interstate 35 after US 183.
