The incident occurred at about 2:45 p.m. when a single-engine Cessna 172 crashed shortly after taking off from French Valley Airport

According to reports, four parties occupied the plane. Then, responders transported three people to the hospital while the fourth party succumbed to injuries at the scene.

A video revealed that the plane went upside down in a business parking lot.
