1 Person Dead in Lake County Pedestrian Accident on State Route 29 near Central Park Road
LAKE COUNTY, CA (December 5, 2023) – Friday night, a horrific pedestrian crash on State Route 29 near Central Park Road killed one person.
The incident happened at around 6:18 p.m. on southbound State Route 29, south of Central Park Road.
According to California Highway Patrol, a northbound Tesla struck a female pedestrian for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, the South Lake County Fire Department rushed the victim to Adventist Health, Clear Lake, where she was later pronounced dead.
Furthermore, authorities believe that alcohol may be a factor for the pedestrian that led to the incident.
