Reports revealed that the incident happened at around 6:59 p.m. at the intersection of Midway Drive, Sports Arena Boulevard, and West Point Loma Boulevard.

According to Sgt. Saum Poorsaleh with SDPD, a vehicle struck a pedestrian at the intersection.

Moreover, responders pronounced the victim, dead at the scene.
