SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 5, 2024) – Early Monday morning, a horrific pedestrian crash on Loop 410 near W Military Drive killed 1 person.

The incident happened at about 1:00 a.m. on the Loop 410 access road between W Military Drive and Culebra Road.

According to reports, the authorities haven’t clarified whether the woman jumped off a flyover or ran into the street where a vehicle hit her.

Meanwhile, witnesses confirmed that they spotted a vehicle that drove over her and kept going. Moreover, another vehicle also might have hit her.

As a result, the woman in her 40s succumbed to her injuries at the scene. Her identity remained undisclosed.

Also, the San Antonio Police Department, the San Antonio Fire Department, and EMS all came to the scene.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
