SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 22, 2024) – Sunday, a horrific pedestrian crash on 9800 Potranco Road killed 1 person.

The incident occurred at around 5:00 p.m. in the 9800 block of Potranco Road.

According to reports, a driver waited to turn into a parking lot on Potranco Road. As the driver continued forward, the failed to see a car and the crash occurred.

The impact caused one of the vehicles to veer off the road and run over the woman. As a result, the authorities declared her dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, responders took one of the drivers to the hospital with minor injuries.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
